1. About us

Playloot.ie is the online store of PlayLoot, a business name registered with the Companies Registration Office (Reg. No. 792542), owned and operated by Shreevats Shreevastav (303 Beckett, The Cornerstone, Stillorgan, Dublin, A94 T8Y7, Ireland). By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Buying from us

  • All items are pre-owned unless stated otherwise, quality-tested before listing, and accurately described including a condition grade.
  • Prices are in euro and are the total price payable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout; delivery is free over €99.
  • A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel and refund in full if an item is unavailable or was mispriced in error.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
  • Every item carries our 1-month guarantee, alongside your statutory rights.

3. Selling to us

  • Estimates are based on the details you provide and are confirmed or revised after physical testing.
  • You must own the item outright and have the right to sell it. We report suspected stolen goods to An Garda Síochána.
  • Consoles must be factory reset and signed out of all accounts (PSN, Microsoft, Nintendo) before posting.
  • If our tested offer is lower than the estimate and you decline it, we return the item to you free of charge.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer or Revolut within 3 working days of your accepting the tested offer.

4. Trademarks

PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Playloot.ie is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of these companies.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
